This week find an accountability partner, develop your super objectives if you don’t already have them, start peeling back the layers and solidifying your goals.

From there, you can just do it! Follow the plan and check in with yourself and your accountability partner often, readjusting when necessary.

3: Sponsorship Sales 101 with Alex Cuevas

Alex Cuevas is the Manager of Advertising and Marketing at the University of Southern California, in this role he oversees all the advertising and sponsorship revenue for the division of Student Affairs. Leveraging the various on campus events as well as the communication platforms used to engage students, faculty and staff; Cuevas has been able to generate significant revenue for the division while providing value to the student experience. Prior to this role, Cuevas worked in media with the Los Angeles Times and La Opinion respectively, where he managed millions of dollars in advertising revenue. He was also the Director of Sponsorships at the Major League Soccer club Chivas USA and managed the business development at Fairplex where him and I worked together.
